Shipping policy
1. Shipping Locations
We ship our biological products worldwide, with the exception of countries restricted by local or international regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the importation of biological materials is permitted in their destination country.
2. Shipping Carriers & Methods
All orders are shipped via reputable international carriers (such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS), using express delivery with full tracking. For temperature-sensitive products, shipments are packed with dry ice or ice packs to ensure product integrity during transit.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or bulk orders may require additional time.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, weight, and packaging requirements. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before completing your order.
5. Temperature-Sensitive Materials
Products requiring refrigeration or freezing are packed in temperature-controlled materials. It is the customer’s responsibility to promptly retrieve and properly store the items upon delivery.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
