Yeast Nitrogen base without Amino acids, without Copper and without Iron

Cupric sulphate, CuSO4.5H2O, and Ferric chloride, FeCl3 are omitted from this formulation of Yeast Nitrogen base without Amino acids to provide the researcher the possibility to grow yeast cells in the absence of copper and iron or to replace these elements.

Suspend 6.9 gram powdered medium in 1 litre distilled water
