Cobalt chelates recognize two exposed vicinal histidine tags - this resin is used in many purifications because this cation provides very good selectivity. HIGH Density COBALT provides a high amount of available groups allowing for higher binding capacity. The resin is adequate to work in batch or column purifications (Low Flow).
