HyClone™ Phosphate Buffered Saline solution

Balanced salt solution used for multiple cell culture applications. HyClone phosphate buffered saline (PBS) cell culture solution includes sodium chloride, sodium phosphate, and potassium without calcium or magnesium. No sodium pyruvate is added. Available as 1× and 10× PBS buffer with 0.0067 M PO4 and pH 7.0 to 7.2. Filtered through final 0.1 μm pore-size filters with integrity testing before and after filtration. Each lot is tested for pH, osmolality, endotoxin, and cytotoxicity.
