SPICA LarSep™ Columns are designed for fast, efficient magnetic cell separation while maintaining excellent cell purity and activity.
Each column can process up to 2 × 10⁹ total cells and isolate up to 1 × 10⁸ positively labelled cells. Positive selection can achieve over 95% purity and cell activity, with a complete separation procedure taking as little as 25 minutes.
