PrimeSTAR® GXL Premix Fast

PrimeSTAR GXL Premix Fast is a convenient 2X PCR master mix containing PrimeSTAR GXL DNA Polymerase and a density reagent for easy processing. PrimeSTAR GXL polymerase is a hot-start, high-fidelity enzyme optimized to amplify GC-rich templates, samples with excess template, and long PCR products up to 30 kb. PrimeSTAR GXL Premix Fast is a convenient 2X PCR master mix containing PrimeSTAR GXL DNA Polymerase and a density reagent for easy processing. PrimeSTAR GXL polymerase is a hot-start, high-fidelity enzyme optimized to amplify GC-rich templates, samples with excess template, and long PCR products up to 30 kb. The unsurpassed processivity and sensitivity of PrimeSTAR GXL Premix Fast enables you to save time and simply your amplification workflow. Simply add primers and template, and run the PCR. Additionally, you can rapidly screen your amplicons by loading them onto an agarose gel immediately after amplification or digesting directly with restriction enzymes, without purification. The same mix is available with an included blue gel-loading dye as PrimeSTAR GXL Premix Fast, Dye plus. PrimeSTAR GXL DNA Polymerase (GC-rich, eXcess template, Long amplicons) is our most robust high-fidelity enzyme, engineered from a modified B-family polymerase and equipped with an elongation factor to deliver exceptional processivity. Includes an optimized, 2X premix comprised of PrimeSTAR GXL DNA Polymerase, reaction buffer, dNTPs, and a density reagent that allows for ultra-fast extension (5 sec/kb for ≤10 kb; 10 sec/kb for >10 kb).
