Biological activity
1.Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA.Immobilized Human IFNA2 at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human IFNAR2 with a linear range of 0.2-617ng/mL.|2.Recombinant human IFN-α2 (10 ng/mL) was used to treat HCT116 cells.
