Shasta Total RNA-Seq Kit - 2 Chip is a first-to-market, large-scale, full-length scRNA-seq solution that enables comprehensive profiling of the full gene bodies of up to 100,000 single cells with an easy, automated protocol. The random priming-based chemistry enables you to discover novel types of biomarkers such as long non-coding RNA (lncRNA), facilitating your understanding of disease mechanisms and therapeutic responses. The Shasta Total RNA-Seq Kit - 2 Chip enables comprehensive profiling of the full-length transcriptomes of up to 100,000 single cells per run on the ICELL8 cx Single-Cell System. The reagents, primer sets, and consumables included in the product are enough for two runs of the protocol, one per chip. Our products are to be used for Research Use Only.
